The invoice shall be drawn up electronically and shall be valid without signature.

The seller shall ensure the delivery of the goods within 20 days of receipt of the payment for the goods by co-ordinating the delivery time with the purchaser.

The buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by sending the seller a letter of withdrawal. The vendor sends the withdrawal letter form to the buyer by e-mail at the buyer's request.
It is the duty of the purchaser to return the goods to the seller within 7 days after sending the refusal letter. Any expenses incurred in returning the goods to the seller shall be borne by the buyer.
