The white Himalayan birch with snow-white trunks grows to a height of 12-18 m, forming a pyramidal crown.
As the name suggests, this birch is native to the Himalayas to southern China.
Mainly recognizable by its white bark and decorative appearance all year round.
The leaves are light green in spring, dark green in summer and yellow in autumn.
Grows best in sunny or partially sunny places, at least in moderately fertile conductive soils.
It looks beautiful when grown in small groups.
Sowing:
Spread the seeds on clean and moist soil. Press the seeds lightly into the soil, but do not cover the soil, as light is needed for germination.
Cover with transparent film or glass and store in a bright and warm (+ 18- + 22C) place.
Make sure that the soil remains moist at all times, so periodically spray it with water.
Germinates in 10-15 days.
