Chinese wisteria is a fantastically beautiful vine worth taming in your garden, easily shapeable and adaptable to any desires.
Blossoms in May-June. in pea-like rings. The blossoms are large, skinny, blue in bunches of 30 cm in length.
Grows well in wind-protected, sunny and warm areas on medium fertile soils.
Winter must protect against the cold by mulching roots and tying young stands.
You can also grow it like a small tree.
Gently scrub the seeds with fine sandpaper when sowing.
Then soak for 12 hours in warm water. Use a household thermos to keep it warm at all times.
Sow at a depth of 5 mm.
Soil should be permanently wet, but not impregnated.
Cover the seeds with a transparent film - it will retain moisture and warmth.
Make sure to remove it when the seeds start to sprout.
Germinate at + 22 - + 25C, well ventilated, protect against draught and direct sunshine Star.
