Red castor is a bright accent in every garden. Easy to grow and requires basic care, but is clearly noticeable.
Plants grow 100-120cm tall.
Beautiful flowers - luxurious fruits, similar to small chestnuts in needle-like shells. But the seeds are slightly poisonous.
Seeds are sown at the end of March for growing seedlings.
Seedlings are planted after frost in a warm, sunny place, protected from prevailing winds and in nutrient-rich soil.
Planting distance between seedlings about 1m. Plants are sensitive to frost and after the first frost the foliage turns black.
